Theoretically we can provide you with much knowledge. But it really gets exciting when you start to apply what you have learned and feel how you can actively participate in entrepreneurial processes with your newly acquired know-how. This experience is very important and valuable. For this reason, an internship is an integral part of all bachelor and master programs at the European Management School. You get to know various jobs and see at an early stage which industries or fields motivate you the most and in which direction you would like to orientate yourself after your studies. By the way, this is an excellent opportunity to connect to your first professional contacts and create a more convincing application after graduation using your valuable practical experience that many companies with other university graduates.
During an internship, students not only get to know the company, but also employers also get to meet potential candidates likely to fill future employment positions. Both sides have the intensive opportunity to get to know each other over the course of several weeks. That is why companies often give targeted internships in order to find new employees and test their suitability. They have the opportunity to examine whether an intern with his / her knowledge, talents and characteristics fits the company and its culture. Not infrequently, does an internship result in a job offer after graduation or in student employment opportunity alongside your studies.
Numerous companies have previously had positive experience with our graduates and appreciate the EMS as a recruiting platform.
