Many EMS lecturers are successful managers in various positions, industries and fields within companies throughout the region. Our students greatly benefit from the practical orientation through group and project work within their lectures. This offers another opportunity to be in contact with the industry and meet managers early on.
Post your job openings, internships, or student jobs free of charge at the Career Center of the European Management School. You can link your own career page, view existing applicant profiles and receive applications from students comfortably and directly. In addition, you can create your own company profiles in which you can for example integrate image videos or announce current events.
We regularly invite representatives from business and industry to our campus. Would you like to discuss your company and industry challenges, trends and questions of the future with our students? This exchange also gives you the opportunity to present your current projects or application processes.
Networking and recruiting events, such as our Career Talk or the Career Days, give you space to present yourself as an employer your professional fields to our students and. In workshops and one-on-one discussions, you will get to know potential junior employees and get them excited about your company at an early stage.
Together with HR managers and managers from companies, we organize job application training. In this way, we enable our students to rehearse job interviews under “real” conditions and receive open feedback. Conversely, as a company representative, you have the opportunity to get to know our students and your potential young talents. A definite win-win situation!
Do you have motivated employees who would like to actively promote your company and further educate themselves? The EMS offers extra-occupational bachelor and master’s degree programs. Let us know your needs and we will gladly advise you on the right programs.
Promoting young talents and investing in highly qualified junior staff, that is the idea behind the Deutschlandstipendium (scholarship). With a monthly investment of 150 Euros or more, you can support a one-year scholarship and thus promote particularly talented and committed students at the EMS. The scholarship receivers are appointed a mentor for the course of their studies, providing you the opportunity early on to be in close contact with highly dedicated and well performing potential managers of the future.
The concept of our study programs includes practical training. Case studies and business projects are integral parts of our curriculum. We thus cooperate with companies and organizations from different industries in order to open these doors for practical experience. Our students carry out research and analyses for you, highlight trends and market opportunities or work on concrete projects within your company. In addition, you can integrate EMS students into your company as part of their final theses (BA / MA thesis).
