The extra-occupational master’s program General Management deepens your business administration knowledge acquired during your bachelor’s program. In particular, key issues important for entrepreneurial decision-making and action in medium-sized and multinational companies are addressed. You will deal with the impact of relevant regional, cultural and historical peculiarities and learn to understand contexts and develop strategies. Aiming at preparing you for a professional position in middle or upper management, leads you through educational contents in the fields of economics, economic policy, business law as well as theories of foreign trade, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. In addition, you will deepen your knowledge in finance, technology management, global sourcing as well as international production and logistics.
Starting in the first semester, you can set the course for your future management career by choosing a specialization. Decide which topics inspire you and choose your favorite from three possible specializations: Marketing Management, Leadership & Personnel Management or Controlling and Financial Management.
