The Deutschlandstipendium of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research is a funding instrument set up to provide targeted support to the young top executives of tomorrow. The scholarship program supports prospective and committed students who have special qualifications. These qualifications include not only high performance and talent. Many young people take responsibility outside of the classroom and are involved in social and volunteer work, or have to manage particular challenges (personal circumstances) throughout their everyday lives. The Deutschlandstipendium would like to support you in the pursuit of your outstanding achievements.
Students and future students of the European Management School can apply. The Deutschlandstipendium targets high-achieving students of all nationalities. In addition to excellent academic achievements at school (newly enrolled students) and throughout your studies, volunteer work as well as personal circumstances, such as disabilities, non-academic family or a migrant background, is all criteria for the scholarship eligibility.
An application is not permitted if you already receive academic financial aid of more than 30€ per month.
Eine Bewerbung ist nicht möglich, wenn Sie bereits eine leistungsorientierte Förderung von mehr als 30 € pro Monat erhalten.
Half of the scholarship totaling € 3,600 per year comes from federal funds, the other half from private funding (e.g. from companies, foundations, alumni and other private individuals). Scholarship candidates thus receive a monthly grant of € 300, which is paid directly by the respective university.
The scholarships are initially awarded for one year. If high academic achievements are continuously attained, funding can continue. There is no legal claim to the Deutschlandstipendium from the Federation or others participating parties.
The selection committee consists of staff from the university’s administration and faculties.
Please apply online via the applicant portal for the Deutschlandstipendium as soon as the application period for the upcoming semester starts.
